Austin D. Worley, D.O.

With a personal background in collegiate athletics, Dr. Worley began serving high school and collegiate athletic teams throughout Alabama immediately upon his entrance into medical school at Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine.​

​Upon graduation and throughout his residency at Forrest General Family Medicine Residency Program in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, he helped create the musculoskeletal residency curriculum. He also continued serving athletes as Team Doctor for Sumrall High School and Jones County Junior College. ​

​Through his Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in Long Island New York, Dr. Worley served as the team doctor for Rugby United New York, Long Island University, Hofstra University, Berkeley College, and local high school teams.​

​He is a proud member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM), and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), Dr. Worley has numerous published case reports and research abstracts through AMSSM.

In his spare time, Dr. Worley enjoys hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors along with spending time with family. He and his wife are the proud parents of one son and are delighted for their family to return to the Montgomery area. ​
