We are asking patients to reschedule their appointment if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms or any of the following have occurred:
- Fever within the last 7 days
- Respiratory Illness
- The patient or a household member has traveled internationally or been on a cruise in the last 30 days
- The patient or a household member is awaiting COVID-19 test results
- The patient has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
