About Your Upcoming Appointment
All patients and visitors are required to wear masks for the duration of their appointment.
We are asking patients to reschedule their appointment if you are experiencing any of the follow symptoms or any of the following have occurred:
- Fever within the last 7 days
- Respiratory Illness
- The patient or a household member has traveled internationally or been on a cruise in the last 30 days
- The patient or a household member is awaiting COVID-19 test results
- The patient has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
At this time we are not allowing any visitors in the clinic area. This includes all case managers and pharmaceutical representatives. The only exception to this is a minor with a parent or guardian or anyone who needs mobility assistance.
We are also requesting all new patients complete their medical history on the patient portal prior to coming into the office. This will reduce the risks of spreading unnecessary germs via ipads and gives us the ability to safely and effectively expedite your appointment with us.
We are now LIVE with a telemedicine option. Most insurance companies are covering telemedicine visits and at NO cost to YOU! Please call our office to find out if you’re eligible.
In order to assist our community with the impact on our healthcare facilities, we ask that you contact our office FIRST for any urgent orthopaedic needs prior to going to the emergency room or urgent care office.
We will continue to monitor this day to day and take all the necessary precautions in our clinic to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible.
