As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic we want to thank you all for your continued cooperation.
We are asking patients to reschedule their appointment if you are experiencing any of the follow symptoms or any of the following have occurred:
All patients will be required to complete a screening upon entering our building that includes a temperature check and a set of screening questions. You will also answer some questions on our kiosks, and asked to wait in your vehicles until it’s time to be called back. We will send a text notification when it is time to be called back.
At this time we are not allowing any visitors in the clinic area. This includes all case managers and pharmaceutical representatives. The only exception to this is a minor with a parent or guardian or anyone who needs mobility assistance.
We are also requesting all new patients complete their medical history on the patient portal prior to coming into the office. This will reduce the risks of spreading unnecessary germs via ipads and gives us the ability to safely and effectively expedite your appointment with us.
We are now LIVE with a telemedicine option. Most insurance companies are covering telemedicine visits and at NO cost to YOU! Please call our office to find out if you’re eligible.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Urgent Ortho after hours clinic is closed until further notice.
Baptist Health and Montgomery Surgery have canceled all elective surgery cases, including our total joint replacements. Our surgery schedulers will be in touch with you to reschedule your upcoming surgery soon.
We expect very high call volumes and appreciate your patience. Keep in mind you may send any appointment notification or request through the patient portal which can be accessed on our website.
We are committed to making any necessary changes to make this easier for our community and we are diligently working on a telemedicine option for our patients. Once this has been completed we will notify you.
In order to assist our community with the impact on our healthcare facilities, we ask that you contact our office FIRST for any urgent orthopaedic needs prior to going to the emergency room or urgent care office.
We will continue to monitor this day to day and take all the necessary precautions in our clinic to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible. We appreciate your patience and for trusting us with your care. We encourage you to stay informed, practice social distancing, and assist our communities in getting through this time as safely as possible.
